Job Description
Nexus95 is actively seeking a qualified Technical Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in IT recruitment. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, source and assess candidates, and oversee the recruitment lifecycle from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
- Source and conduct interviews with potential candidates.
- Assess and evaluate technical competencies.
- Foster a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, robust knowledge of IT concepts, and exceptional communication skills are essential.
