Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional assistance to our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, maintain a professional demeanor, and possess a solution-oriented approach to customer inquiries.
Position Details:
- Location: Johar Town
- Work Schedule: 7 PM to 2 AM (Monday to Saturday)
- Salary: Base salary plus incentives
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a US-based call center required
- Work Location: In-person
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
