The ideal candidate will possess 10–15 years of diverse experience in HR management, organizational development, and HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive HR strategies, manage talent acquisition, drive employee engagement initiatives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and offer expert advice on workforce planning.
