Job Description
HRCONSOL is on the lookout for an energetic HR Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives aimed at attracting exceptional talent and cultivating a high-performance culture. Key responsibilities encompass managing the entire recruitment cycle, overseeing performance management systems, enhancing employee engagement, and developing comprehensive learning and development programs.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience. Proficiency in HR tools and outstanding interpersonal skills are essential.
