Job Description
AAM Feast is actively seeking a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our establishment. The selected candidate will play a vital role in upholding the highest standards of food quality, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant.
- Manage, train, and support staff, including waiters and kitchen personnel.
- Guarantee outstanding customer service and efficiently handle complaints.
- Ensure compliance with food quality and hygiene standards.
- Monitor budgeting and meet profitability targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
