Job Description
Heytech Limited is currently seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our international team. The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 3 years of customer support experience and demonstrate proficiency in building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Engage with international customers effectively.
- Address complaints and provide solutions to queries.
- Offer detailed product information and assist in order processing.
- Exhibit a positive and professional attitude.
- Availability for overnight shifts is required.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month
