Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top international candidates.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for international hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and create role-specific recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure compliance with local and international hiring laws and regulations.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.
- Participate in global HR initiatives and projects, providing insights on international recruitment trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on international recruitment.
- Proficient in recruiting across multiple regions and understanding diverse cultural employment norms.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in at least one additional language preferred.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with international employment laws and visa regulations.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
