Job Description

We are thrilled to announce a position for a Customer Support Representative at Premio Travels & Tours. This full-time role is ideal for a friendly and committed individual who will be the first line of communication for our customers. As a representative, you will assist with inquiries, address concerns, and provide an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Promptly and professionally resolve product or service issues.
  • Offer accurate information and follow up on customer concerns.
  • Maintain and update customer records and account details.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as necessary.

Requirements: Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience are essential. Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous.

Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
