Job Description
We are currently in search of a skilled Assistant Manager – Finance to join our dynamic team at theBPO. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 5 to 6 years of robust experience in Finance and demonstrate proficiency in IFRS/US GAAP. Preference shall be given to individuals having familiarity with US GAAP.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure on-time, smooth, and error-free month-end financial closing.
- Maintain month-end schedules for Accruals, leases, and Prepaid Amortization.
- Prepare monthly/annual Management Accounts and Statutory Financials.
- Perform monthly analytical reviews of GL Accounts on a High Level and provide reasoning for variations with the standard.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including posting of Invoices and coordination with the operations team accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial goals are met.
- Support the implementation of internal financial controls and compliance measures.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Graduation and post-graduation are a must.
- At least CMA/ACCA/CA Part-qualified.
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, and Statutory Financials.
- Must be well versed with IFRS/US GAAP.
- Incumbent should be well acquainted with advanced Excel functions (Financial Modelling, using Power queries, and Pivots) and should have an analytical mindset.
- Knowledge of AP would be an added advantage.
- Working experience on QuickBooks Online is a must.
- Willing to work in night shifts.
