Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist with 2-4 years of HR experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business. Ideal candidates should be fluent in English and Urdu, possess skills in recruitment and employee relations, and have a solid understanding of Pakistani labor laws. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office is essential.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing recruitment and talent acquisition, enhancing employee relations, overseeing HR operations, handling performance management, and developing HR policies. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
