Job Description
Quirky Concepts is on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented WhatsApp Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing 2 to 3 WhatsApp business accounts, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring precise order processing. Proficiency in Urdu and basic English communication skills are essential for this role.
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with Sundays off. Lunch is provided.
Compensation: Monthly salary ranging from Rs20,00.00 to Rs25,00.00. This is a full-time, in-person position.
