We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Associate to efficiently manage courier bookings, perform order confirmation calls, and provide shipper advice, all while addressing customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email. The ideal candidate should possess a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. Previous experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce will be considered an asset.
Salary Range: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
