Job Description
Quirky Concepts is excited to announce an opening for a female Customer Support Executive to join our vibrant team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing our WhatsApp business accounts, assisting customers with inquiries, generating orders, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Location: Office No. 207, Rayyan Heights, Ghouri Town Phase 2, Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 2-3 WhatsApp Business accounts.
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Generate and monitor customer orders efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the logistics team.
Job Timing: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
