The ideal candidate will be a CA-qualified professional with 10 to 15 years of experience in financial leadership, particularly within a manufacturing or growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include developing financial strategies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing cash flow, and mentoring our finance team.
Qualifications required include a mandatory CA certification, expertise in strategic finance, a robust understanding of financial regulations, and excellent leadership capabilities.
