Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is seeking to hire a Customer Care Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promptly addressing customer calls and providing accurate solutions to their inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle customer calls.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Process customer orders and payments accurately.
- Manage and update customer accounts as needed.
Salary: Rs37,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month, with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree and 6 months of customer service experience; candidates must be located in Islamabad.
