Job Description:
Techsa is seeking a dynamic Business Development Associate with experience in Upwork-related sales. This role involves spearheading our business expansion efforts, leveraging Upwork and other platforms to identify new opportunities and nurture relationships to drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize Upwork and other platforms to research and identify potential clients or partnerships aligned with Techsa’s business goals.
- Initiate contact with key decision-makers through Upwork and other channels to explore collaboration opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise strategies for business growth and market expansion through online freelancing platforms.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations or proposals to potential clients sourced from Upwork.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in business development, sales, or a similar role with a focus on Upwork or other freelancing platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to leverage online platforms for sales acquisition.
- Proactive approach to identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities through Upwork.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
