Job Description
Chisty Law Chambers is actively seeking a skilled Immigration Consultant to support clients with immigration processes for education, employment, and permanent residency abroad. The ideal candidate should possess a comprehensive understanding of immigration laws, particularly for countries such as Canada, Australia, and the UK, along with a proven track record of effectively guiding clients through complex immigration procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide current advice on immigration regulations.
- Analyze client eligibility for various visa options and recommend suitable immigration paths.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to relevant authorities.
- Stay informed about changes in immigration laws.
- Guide clients on compliance with immigration requirements.
