Job Description
WOWJI Private Limited is seeking a motivated and dedicated Female Customer Service Representative to make outbound calls and connect with potential donors, partners, and community members. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong commitment to social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to engage with donors and stakeholders.
- Provide updates on programs, events, and donation opportunities.
- Establish and nurture relationships with supporters.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Required).
- Fluent in Urdu and English.
