Job Description
Jawa Health Care is excited to announce an opening for a dedicated and results-oriented Call Services Agent to become a valuable part of our growing team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve service-related issues, and deliver exceptional support to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers effectively.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while upholding high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is essential.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs 40,00.00 – Rs 60,00.00/month
Work Location: In-person | Office Hours: 6 PM – 3 AM, Mon-Fri
