We are looking for a proactive IT Support Officer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to end-users, support system maintenance, and ensure seamless IT operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tier 1 and tier 2 technical support.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot network issues and manage user accounts.
