Job Description
Future Tech, a prominent mobile phone brand expanding its presence in Pakistan, is on the lookout for a dedicated Service Logistics Coordinator. This pivotal role connects our service centers, collection points, and customers, ensuring a smooth after-sales experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily phone dispatch and deliveries.
- Monitor and follow up on deliveries and returns.
- Communicate with customers regarding their phone status.
- Collaborate with logistics for prompt dispatching.
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing devices.
- Generate and share delivery and service status reports.
- Work closely with customer service and technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of logistics or customer service experience.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
