Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Manager to join our company. As a Legal Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all legal matters and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Your main responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing legal documents, providing legal advice to management, and coordinating with external legal counsel. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting legal research and staying updated on changes in legislation that may affect our operations.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate or law firm environment. Strong knowledge of contract law, employment law, and intellectual property rights is essential for this role.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal advice to management on various legal matters.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on complex legal issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in legislation.
