Job Description
Texitech is looking for a committed Import Officer to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the Import Procurement Cycle, which includes managing documentation, Letters of Credit (LCs), and bank contracts. Your responsibilities will also encompass the preparation and review of shipping and customs documents, necessitating coordination with multiple stakeholders, including forwarding agents, shipping lines, and clearing agents.
The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of freight terms, Incoterms, customs duties, and related concepts. A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Business Administration (BBA) is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Import Procurement.
