Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our team in the Frontline Portfolio department. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development, and execution of projects within the PAR (Product Analysis and Research) portfolio.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of talented professionals and drive them towards achieving project goals and objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful delivery of projects within the assigned portfolio
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to minimize potential delays or issues
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior management regarding portfolio performance and future direction
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or a related role
- Extensive knowledge of the PAR industry and current market trends
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving department goals
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
