Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time Onsite Position
Work Hours: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
Experience: 1-2 Years in a Customer Service Role Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from patients with professionalism.
- Provide detailed information regarding healthcare services and assist with patient registrations.
- Document all interactions and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain empathy and professionalism in all interactions, especially in sensitive situations.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate Education.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
