Job Description
Hashage Ltd is currently in search of a highly organized and results-oriented Project & Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, facilitate effective communication with clients, and lead our internal team to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, promptly addressing their needs.
- Lead the social media and marketing team, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
- Assign tasks and monitor team progress effectively.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns by collaborating with clients to align with their goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and deliver timely reports to clients.
- Ensure high client satisfaction while addressing any challenges.
- Support in onboarding new clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management.
