We are looking for a proactive Junior IT Executive to support end-users with hardware and software challenges, document IT-related processes, and engage in various project initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Basic networking knowledge
- Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Aptitude for teamwork and collaboration
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant role.
