Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager Sales & Marketing for our Indent / Ex Stock Sales department.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing with a strong focus on indent and ex stock sales. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in the indent and ex stock sales segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Managing and expanding the customer base
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers
- Identifying market trends and competitor activities
- Monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the indent and ex stock sales segment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
