Job Description

QwikFone is seeking a dedicated remote, part-time Bookkeeper & Admin Coordinator to join our team. This position requires a commitment of 20 hours per week (4 hours daily, Monday to Friday) and is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with expertise in QuickBooks Online and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile outgoing expenses with receipts or invoices
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely payments
  • Categorize financial transactions and conduct bank reconciliations
  • Collaborate effectively with the accounts team and suppliers
  • Support various administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written
  • Must be based in Pakistan, preferably in Islamabad, Lahore, or Faisalabad

Salary: Rs65,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month
