Job Description
ASK Development Limited is excited to announce an opportunity for dedicated Banking Helpline Agents to join a prestigious telecom company. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer calls with a positive demeanor, efficiently resolving inquiries and complaints, and processing customer orders while managing account information.
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs55,00 with performance-based incentives.
Requirements: A preferred bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 months of experience in the banking sector. This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
