Job Description
Tandoori Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Query Management Officer to oversee and respond to customer inquiries on various social media platforms. You will play a crucial role in ensuring timely responses, maintaining a high level of professionalism, and achieving comprehensive query resolution while appropriately escalating urgent issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor social media channels for customer queries.
- Provide professional and prompt responses to inquiries.
- Guarantee that no query remains unanswered.
- Escalate urgent matters to the relevant teams.
- Maintain a standardized response library for efficiency.
Requirements: Preferably a Bachelor’s degree, with experience in social media management and excellent communication skills.
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days remote, 3 days in-office)
Hours: 12 PM – 12 AM
