We are seeking a highly organized Executive Assistant to provide vital support to our senior leadership team. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee correspondence and prepare detailed reports.
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
- Manage expense reports and maintain calendars.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
