Job Description
Power Highway is actively looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Multifunctional Task Operator (MTO). In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily online orders and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries via phone and email, as well as confirming payments.
Your responsibilities will extend to dispatching orders and monitoring their status through courier services, keeping customers informed throughout the entire process.
