Job Description
Marsbpo is in search of skilled professionals to become part of our Verification Team in the role of Sales Verifiers. In this position, you will be tasked with verifying customer information and ensuring the accuracy of data following outbound sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform verification calls to confirm customer details.
- Guarantee the accuracy of collected data.
- Maintain detailed call logs in CRM systems.
- Collaborate effectively to resolve any discrepancies.
- Follow call scripts and adhere to quality standards.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs70,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of call center experience and excellent English communication skills.
