Job Description
HMA Industries is actively looking for a committed Warehouse Officer to manage our Raw Material and Finished Goods Warehouses. The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and verifying raw materials while ensuring accurate documentation and stock records. Additionally, the Warehouse Officer will monitor storage conditions and issue materials to production departments as needed.
The role also encompasses overseeing finished goods by conducting quality inspections, preparing items for dispatch, and coordinating logistics. Key responsibilities include maintaining thorough documentation, implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the warehouse, and training staff on safety protocols and record-keeping.
