Job Description
A-list Communication, a premier provider of professional communication and dispatch services located in Lahore, is actively looking for a motivated Control Room Communication Officer (Dispatcher) to improve our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor communications including incoming calls, messages, radios, and CCTV.
- Disseminate tasks to security personnel and respond promptly to incidents.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communicate fluently in English with clients.
- Track patrol activities and relay updates.
- Prepare comprehensive handover notes for the incoming dispatcher.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in dispatch is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer proficiency is required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- A valid CNIC is mandatory.
Location: Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg, Lahore.
