Job Description
This is a phone-based role as the first point of contact for new and existing clients. Your main responsibilities in this role include but may not be limited to the following:
- You will assist clients with their risk management needs, navigating the complexities of their protection needs.
- You will offer guidance on risk-related inquiries and effectively address customer objections.
- You will oversee claims, working closely with insurance companies and internal claims consultants to ensure a seamless process.
- You will maintain a high standard of client service through prompt correspondence with clients.
- You will adhere to industry regulations to ensure impeccable compliance.
