Job Description

We’re looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Executive. They will handle various HR and admin functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR record-keeping, attendance and payroll management, etc. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow within the field. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional to gain hands-on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Coordinate and support employee onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork and orientation.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives.
  • Handle admin tasks when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior internship or work experience in HR is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in the field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
