Job Description
Skylink Distributions (Pvt.) Ltd is actively looking for a dedicated Customer Service Officer to enhance our dynamic team. We encourage applications from candidates located in nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to promote various events, including conferences and trade shows.
- Identify and engage with decision-makers to establish relationships.
- Articulate the benefits of events while maintaining updates in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into active participants.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries promptly.
Qualifications: Exceptional communication skills and a positive demeanor are crucial. A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is required.
