Job Description
Nextech Packages is currently looking for an IT Support Officer to offer technical assistance and support to our users. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues while ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-level technical support.
- Identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Install and configure hardware and software components.
- Ensure the optimal functionality of IT equipment and software.
- Document and track issues utilizing ticketing systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support.
