Job Description
VapeMall is looking for a dedicated female Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis, specializing in churn management. This remote role is essential for enhancing customer retention and re-engaging clients who have stopped shopping or unsubscribed from our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reach out to inactive customers to identify their reasons for disengagement.
- Gather and document feedback to provide valuable insights for enhancing the customer experience.
- Maintain daily reporting and efficiently track follow-up interactions.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills in both Urdu and English.
- Prior experience in customer service or retention roles is advantageous.
Compensation: PKR 30,00 – 35,00 monthly plus commission incentives.
