Job Description
Translation Empire is in search of a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning & Development Officer to enhance our internal training initiatives. In this essential mid-level position, you will play a key role in boosting employee performance and cultivating a robust learning environment within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of training programs.
- Conduct assessments to determine training needs and identify skill gaps.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions.
- Maintain precise records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
