Job Description
Taxol is on the lookout for a skilled Payroll Manager to strengthen our dynamic team. This position is ideal for candidates with significant payroll processing experience and expertise in HRIS platforms. The successful applicant will have a comprehensive understanding of U.S. payroll regulations, tax compliance, and the intricacies of multi-state payroll management.
- Oversee payroll processing for U.S. clients.
- Guarantee precise calculations, deductions, and tax submissions.
- Ensure adherence to payroll legislation.
- Manage quarterly and year-end reporting.
- Generate payroll reports and facilitate audits.
- Respond to client payroll inquiries promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 3 years in payroll accounting.
- Proficiency with payroll systems.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
