Job Description

Are you a customer service-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping others and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Telephone Call Handler at Ammar Business Iconic, a service provider to a leading taxi company in the UK. Ammar Business Iconic Head Office is based in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Take customer taxi bookings and accurately record all necessary details such as pick-up and drop-off locations, desired time, and any special requirements.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, providing information about taxi services, fares, and company policies.
  • Manage and update the customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Coordinate with taxi drivers and dispatchers to ensure efficient and timely service.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally, resolving issues to customer satisfaction or escalating them to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth workflow and achieve service-level goals.
  • Stay updated on local events, traffic conditions, and road closures to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers.
  • Proficient computer skills for data entry and accessing relevant information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred but not required.
  • Having Worked on Icabbi, AUTO CAB software/System will be a plus.
