Job Description
AAM TECH HUB is actively looking for a dedicated and professional Call Operator to enhance our customer support team. In this role, you will manage both inbound and outbound calls, deliver accurate information regarding our products and services, and keep detailed records of customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide precise information about our products
- Transfer calls to the appropriate departments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer communications
- Efficiently resolve customer issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proficient communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong problem-solving capabilities
- Basic computer proficiency
- Prior experience is advantageous

Salary: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
