Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd, a prominent player in the banking industry, is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Customer Service Representative. This role requires male candidates who are graduates with fresh to one year of call center experience. The work schedule will include evening and night shifts.
Responsibilities include meeting established performance indicators, promptly addressing customer queries and complaints, and tracking call information while following up on inquiries. Notably, there are no sales targets associated with this position.
