About Us: Eposmatic (Pvt) Ltd, a rapidly expanding company specializing in restaurant management software, is looking for a dedicated Support & Data Entry Specialist to join our Islamabad team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level customer support through phone and WhatsApp communications.
- Resolve software-related inquiries and guide customers towards effective solutions.
- Maintain data integrity, including restaurant menus, pricing, and personnel records.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree, prior customer support experience, proficient computer skills, and strong communication abilities in both English and Urdu.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month.
