Job Description
Davis Pharmaceuticals Laboratories is actively seeking a dedicated Accountant to oversee statutory deductions, including the Employees Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) and the Employees Social Security Institution (ESSI).
Location: Islamabad
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and guarantee timely payments to EOBI and ESSI.
- Maintain confidential records and manage industrial relations data.
- Negotiate with Labor Inspectors and represent the organization in legal proceedings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Essential Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
