Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other responsibilities may include processing orders, tracking shipments, and maintaining customer records.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- Prior experience in customer service or related field is a plus
