Job Description
Location: Gujranwala – Service Branch
Reports To: Branch Manager – Service
HCM International is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Assistant Manager to lead our Service Operations in Gujranwala. This full-time position requires overseeing daily activities to ensure exceptional customer service while supporting our technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise operations at the Authorized Workshop.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensure accuracy in documentation and maintain dealer relationships.
- Monitor branch reports to uphold quality and revenue targets.
- Guarantee compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and safety measures.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Salary: Rs150,00.00 – Rs170,00.00 per month.
